How to order for out of stock goods?
Our production is limited so if we have out of stock, we can re-produce base on Purchase order with minimum order 10 dozen and time lead 10 days working

Our price base on FOB bandung indonesia.   

Can we return the goods after?
We only accept for product rejection whenever B grade or not as per order but only with below condition:
- Not being used yet
- have to include invoice and packing list
- Box must there. if box lost customer have to pay US$ 0,5/ pcs

we always use trusted courier service as per our selected or customer can use their own courier service

Is there any guarantee goods will reach destination on time?
yes 100%. Except if there any unexpected thing happen such as force major, etc
